Great image of a lovely bird, in its specific habitat.

From a purely aesthetic point of view, could you crop off the bottom with the little area of open water, then a shade off the top to balance? The grey of the heron, then, against the monochrome reeds would/could(?) look smashing.

There was only sheep sh** there when I used to use the ranges with the Air Training Corps!
I think that further cropping would isolate the bird from its environment.
