They are indeed beautiful. I'd be interested to see a study of these - macro, sand, sunlight....

They'd look even more beautiful on a background of blue pellets. Seriously though - well spotted.

They're pretty good with fresh parsley, garlic, and lashings of butter, too.

Being a softie, I bait them with beer, rather than use pellets. Don't want to give the hedgehogs a bad tummy.
