Nice composition and a great idea for a picture. Pretty brave too, allowing the sea to come up so close (I've had to retreat PDQ at times like this!).

Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks for all your comments and likes. @davidwozhere, I managed to keep everything dry but wasn't to worried about the camera getting a bit of a splash. If there's one thing Pentax does better than anyone it's weather sealing.
