It was taken in St Lucia. I guessed the exposure. Glad you like it. I tried to capture the feeling as I think this can be as important as the techical aspect & sometimes more so.

Being a newbie both as a member of the forum and to photography, I gotta say its a stunning pic. The light draws you INTO the horizon. I dont know how big yuou could blow such a picture up to before losing resolution but that would look fantastic as an A1 sized framed picture. Maybe its because I always enjoy looking out to sea when on the coast, this picture gives me the same feeling. I'm no expert to comment on composition but i can say that looking at it gives me a warm feeling inside. good art should always stir the emotions.
