My wife and I have memories of having to pass through the visitor centre (aka tourist sell-o-rama), visible on left near top of frame, before we could enter Clovelly itself. Slept in one of the guest homes halfway down the slope. Boy did it slope.

Glad to be of service.
Most visitors to Clovelly never get to see this view (unless they take a boat ride ?)
When we visited Clovelly a few years ago we never got down to the harbour as our knees gave up just past the main village ? It really is a steep slope !
