One for Grodgeman

He so loves his cranes so this one is for him! It's modelled on a Ruston Bucyrus. I made it many years ago for the grandchildren and everything still works perfectly.

A fine piece of craftmanship - especially the precision in those tracks. Did you mill them or hand make every one ?
With that attention to detail I can see why you love macros.

The pic's not bad either !

Best regards

Every one was hand made and is held in place with a piece of cocktail stick. The tracks run very well indeed. The only piece of metal in the entire thing is the hook !
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

For various reasons I gave up photography but now feel it coming back. All those bodies and lenses… A pity to waste them.
