Rainbow combined - first attempt

by mikeprotts

Combining two photos of a rainbow, not as easy as I'd hoped. I need to adjust for lens a bit as well as colours, and then maybe a fuzzy cut. Alternative is to see if I can get the software function to do this for me.

You might just get away with a slight exposure increase to the rhs, and then a slight clone down the join line to remove it. Just a thought.

Hi Mike,
As there's a good overlap in the two original images you could use a panoramic stitching program, I've used panavue, available here: panavue.com, with good results and it can be downloaded for free now.
Cheers

Thanks for the ideas - I've got to spend a bit of time on this one - I think it will be worth the effort.
