That looks like a fun way to spend an evening. Are these lamps or flash or both?

Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

I used a high power but regular head torch. A torch has quite a directional beam so easier to illuminate only what you want I think but, I'm sure remote flash or any other light source could be used. With the 30 second exposure I had time to move around and shine light from different directions.
