The colour was more muted, the longer your out in the dark and your night vision comes in the colours get more noticeable. This was taken on the Lincolnshire Wolds so there was very little light pollution.

Breathtaking. Grew up in Northern Ontario, when Northern Lights were on the menu throughout the winter. But never ever saw the likes of your capture.
