I've got my eye on you
by Rhoufi
Three alien eyeballs have got You covered.
A clutch of aliens gazes down at me from a shop window in Flinders Lane. We have crossed from the Kino Cinema and are heading for The Quarter for dinner. My alien friends seem lost amongst the glitter, the flaring car headlights blinding them from the intersection. They ask me to take their portraits and post them on the Internet in case some of their own kind might know where they are. I oblige because they are so polite. I wish them luck.

Single capture, no Photoshop additions or deletions, Processed in Lightroom 2.7 for contrast, white balance & brightness.

Good colours-contrast
Thank you Giulio, I tried to keep the colours as close to real as possible. The rest of the shop interior being in darkness helped with the contrast.

Very strong composition and elegant in it's minimalism

As above I think this is so effective not only because its so well composed and executed but the simplicity really adds so much ...
All the best

I agree with Nezih. Its shape and colour remembers me to the produce of the European Yew.

Thank you David, the huge difference in brightness between the empty room beyond and the illuminated lights meant that I could draw out just the lights and create the simplicity. It was magic watching appear in Lightroom with very few adjustments.
