As a professional portrait photographer, I don't like it that much. It is a tad over-exposed, there is a touch of red eye, the background doesn't help and there's a nasty shadow on the back of her head. I would have moved the red bead of her necklace out of the shot or asked her to remove it altogether unless you are making it a feature of the shot.
Also the pose is wrong for the model.

She is a good looking girl with a well defined jaw and cheeks. She isn't looking at the camera, so she has a sort of dreamy look to her.

Looking at the Exif it was taken in Landscape mode. Having never used these modes I was wondering if that would have made a difference to the over exposing, not sure.

Sorry if this seems like an attack on your photograph, it's not meant to be. Just some pointers to assist if you get the chance to take the photo again.
Like I say, she's very pretty and taken in a different way this will show through.

One more ickle thing

In the Exif it states that you used f/4.5, ISO 800 and 1/125 sec

This indicates to me that you have used flash and it's either the pop up or a flash mounted on the hotshoe - pointing direct at the model rather than bounced. This would be the reason for the over-exposure and the red-eye.

As a pointer, always use an f-stop between f8 & f16 for portraiture as you want all the features in focus.

ISO should be between 100-200. There should be no reason to use 800 unless you are using natural light.

Again, just some pointers

thank you for the pointers paul, I'm new to portraiture and I can use with all the pointers.
