The dome from outside

here the entire building - the remarkable thing is - the population of St. Blasien is below 4000 - it is a small viallge in Black Forest but they have a church building that would even be impressive in places like Rome or London.
Oh - and the sky was that dramatic - it was one of these days where thunderstorms and bluesky changed within half an hour - this moment was just in the transition from rain to sun

Great shot again. It was worth to buy that Sigma 8-16 mm lens. Thank you for sharing this great series of shots taken with that.

Hi Paul - honestly - no - from the pictures I shoot, just about a quarter is for HDR and the others I also like to do - especially with moving objects or things, which do not allow the usage of a tripod, I anyway have no other chance - although - I will test the pseudo HDR production with RAW files - this might be an option
Outstanding - as usual! However, having almost perfected your version of HDR, are you not disappointed with the result when you take a single shot of a building?
