Macro Galaxy

Took delivery of my new 100 WR macro this afternoon...what a delight, such a fun lens...i'm going to enjoy using this.

This is just a play on some exterior Christmas lights deliberately unfocussed and with a judicious helping of 'curve treatment'.

Not really going to have any time for a weekly competition as in the extremely unlikely event I won i'd have to set next week's! Too many things I need to do before Christmas...however after Christmas I do intend trying my hand with a few competition entries when things are a bit quieter. Felt a bit guilty this afternoon taking 30 mins to play with my new toy.

Many thanks Derek...have been greatly inspired by your use of the 100 macro lens over the past few months. I can see this becoming my all time favourite lens...infinite possibilities.
