In the Shadow
by AxelLuther
Was pure coincident - when we were in Scarbourough, I had to walk back to the car, when going back to the city, I agan walked under this bridge and this time, the sun was just shining through a hole in the cloudy sky... The whole bridge was in the shadow but I thought, it might be worth trying to capture a good, dramatic sky...
This show was taken with the Sigma 8-16 and the National Heritage badge on the pillar was removed with Photoshop (I prefered the pure rock version without badge)

I like the compo, it make us feel tiny compared to the bridge.
The detail and lighting it typical from you. Another great picture

Dramatic angle, Axel. So glad you made it to our shores. Yorksire is a fine county.
Best wishes,

Gorgeous shot. Wondeful colours, details and excellent viewpoint. I like the dramatic sky too.

Thats a very dramatic angle on this bridge. I really like that moody sky.

Agree with all of the above - super shot.
Are those the natural colours or have you added some hdr processing?
