Focaccia sometimes "ciaccia".....it's different from Pizza. This last one is well known. Focaccia (ciaccia) in the tradition of center-south of Italy, is "flat" bread with chesse, sometimes onions, olives...and different "cooked vegetables". The important is to use Extra Virgin Oil (no seed oil)to make and mix bread chesse....Sorry for this expl.
