A grove of silver birch

Photo of the Week by davidwozhere

Now and then you come across a genuine grove of trees that will give you this iconic point of view. This is one of my favourite locations taken in late October just before all the leaves fell off.

Congratulations on POTW.... I do like this.... I'd never get back off the ground if I attempted it!!
Although I've just had a thought... if I use the K-1 or K-1ii.... I could sit in a camping chair and use Liveview and wiggle the screen....
I hope I remember it when I next get the opportunity.... remembering is the bigger problem!
There's too much life going on!

Thank you for that super surprise - just what one needs on a Monday morning!
I totally get what Tim means about falling over. When you upend your head with a DSLR balanced across the top of your nose it can get a bit disorienting. You will note the big, dark tree trunk coming from the top of the image? The top of my head was firmly pressed against it !
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
