The shadow of the guy is too hard. You can take it softer if you increase the distance between the subject and the background or you use any lighting from the right side. The better result will be given by the combination of both method.

Thanks for the constructive criticism. I'm playing around with the photo right now and am in search of the coloured version of this! I will try retaking this today, maybe even outside with a more interesting background!
