Guesswork says VMC, below Cu-Nims, and no icing at the Speyer museum!?

Great angle you have taken this from really made most out of what for me is a difficult shot to take

not really - you can stand behind the plane - the difficult thing is, to get the propellar turning - but the result seems to work
