Very nice landscape.

Can I see a little bit of lens hood or filter ring in the corners?

Nice shot, but I'm surprised at the vignetting at 34mm for this lens, Jack.

This is very good even though the dark upper corners do interfere a bit

yes I agree this is a good shot, shame about the filter holder as noted, I've made this mistake with my sigma 10-20 and I was advised by more experienced photographers to check the play back after a couple of shots as you don't always pick this up by looking through the viewfinder alone.

in my opinion, and its only my opinion, I think cropping the top would not only remove the vignetting but also remove the blue sky at the top which you may find makes the sky a little more dramatic and brings in the 2/3rds rule for your horizon

very nice shot
