Hi Nonur, I have only just joined here but looking at your pictures I feel at home. This picture tells a story, in fact it could be the basis for a novel, like 'Birds Without Wings' by Louis de Bernières. A great old Ottoman mansion from a prosperity long gone, perhaps a Greek merchant? I hope one day it will get a loving restoration.I imagine it may not be as ancient as it looks, about 1890 perhaps? A fine moody shot.I don't mean prosperity has gone from Turkey, by the way,I have been to Levent!
All the best,David (Clayboss)

Welcome David to Pentax User! This is a very nice meeting place for people, memories and sentiments, as well as being a decent site for photography. I'm glad that you like it and share the same feeling with me. Hope that hey restore it instead of renovating.
Regards,
Nezih
