An old homestead that sits on the hills between Croydon and New Addington - the tram passess right along its border.
There are so many evergreens and a variety of tones in the trees and shrubs that it is rewarding even on dull days.

I do indeed Mac, thanks. Of course you do too, on a completely different scale! I would love to give up work and have the time to trip around North America indulging this photography passion.
