Really like this image. Natural colours and simple but very effective.
Did you use natural light?

Thanks for the kind comments davidwozhere, Giulio and oldhat...Yes it is natural light, coming through a side-window and i have three vertical shutters on a slide to control the amount of light needed for each shoot. It is all set up in my garden shed, where i can hibernate from the MISSUS...hope that answers your query oldhat...Thanks once again..tommyt.

Just my untutored opinion, but I think if you cropped off a chunk of the right side, you'd improve this very nice image, because as is, your eye tends to wander away from the objects.

If i cropped it from the right side, it would put the apple nearer to the centre, which i didnt want. As you said, we all have different opinions and that has got to be good for photography. Thanks for viewing and commenting go4IT..tommyt.
