this was taken at a service station on the way to silverstone last weekend, he was only to happy to pose for some shots.
i have had to lighten the shadow but otherwise untouched.
if anyone can tell me what type of hawk this is i would be grateful!

Great shot. It's a Red Kite .
The exif says 200mm. It must have been pretty close if you haven't cropped this.
