Conisbrough Castle

Conisbrough Castle is an English Heritage property, made famous by Sir Walter Scott's novel 'Ivanhoe' in which it features on the opening page. Built in the 12th Century by Hamlyn Plantagenet, it is unique in England for its superb circular Norman Keep built from local Magnesium Limestone. It is a place of great atmosphere.

Thank you Nuri, I don't have much choice as it is the only wide angle lens I own, so I have to make best use of it! As it happens, I think it is a great lens for the cost, very contrasty and my copy is sharp at most apertures.you make marvels with 18-55 kit, .. clean and sharp, .. well lit
