Green shoots

At the end of November, as it was still mild and damp I threw some grass seed over a bare patch on the lawn (knowing this was regarded as MUCH too late normally for planting seeds)

One month later there is a healthy showing of fresh grass !
Indicative of the strange weather this december !

Defying the laws once again I see, Peter! I have a potted geranium that I brought in from outside a few months back and the thing is in full bloom right now in my window...getting ready to post a pic of it!!!!!
