Things you didn't once see in Britain...
I've captured quite a few shots of ring-necked parakeets trying to commandeer nesting holes that were clearly designed for smaller species, but here's a rare shot of a sensible Beckenham parakeet - one that has identified suitable accommodation. Taken (almost inevitably) in Kelsey Park, with K-5 IIs and (almost equally inevitably) Sigma 100-300mm f4.
