300mm at 1/160th sec, that's some steady hand you have Matt, also good shake reduction on the K7. Its a lovely sharp image with great detail.

Thanks Ken and David I was really trying to keep a steady hand. I was determined to keep a decent depth of field, and a fast shutter speed (1/300th ideally) but not go over ISO400 so I wouldn't get too much noise. Think I was a bit lucky with this chap as some of the other shots I took yesterday are just not sharp enough (although some are interesting nonetheless:shock)
