It's always good to put a face to a name

Don't like the background, unless you are going for that effect. I use a cloth background and would go nuts if I saw that many crinkles and folds.

I guess that you have used the dodge and burn tool as your arms and face look mottled. Also don't like the shadows of your glasses on your face.

I know it's hard to do a self portrait but alot seems to be done in PS or similar. Unless of course it's the lighting which is also a tad off
