Halberton's 14th century Parish Church

by MikeInDevon

A view from the Grand Western channel looking back towards the village of Halberton.

Centre is the large Parish Church of St. Andrews which dates back to the 14th century. In the foreground and background are a mixture of cottages with ancient and modern farm buildings typical of this rural area, the backdrop is gently rolling Devon hills. We feel very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the country.
