I like the potentials in this picture but think you have some work to do with it to get it really good.
The view is awesome and the landscape really looks appealing to me.

What I would suggest you to do is to lighten it up with curves in PS, remember to not lighten up the sky as it would be way too bright.
The sky though would probably look better with some more contrast, that would also need a separate layer.
You probably also need to darken the top right corner a bit as the light there is or alost are burned out.

Hope you don't mind my tips and I would really like to see this pic in full size, unfortunate that that's impossible in this forum.
