Water study

Nigel yet another abstract shot that intrigues me, would never have guessed this is water. These shots would look great as a series displayed on an art gallery wall.

Nigel.... just seen this and I have to agree with Paul...
I could happily live with this on my wall.
[I haven't seen the others... so I'll go and look]
We have a very successful "mosaicist/ceramacist" in the next village and her work is very similar in the result you have acheived here....
albeit by totally different routes.
This is full of movement, whereas hers are very static.
What draws me to this, rather than something by her, is that feeling of movement and life you have captured.
Lovely piece of work.... you have also re-inspired me.... I have barely taken a photograph for the past 13 months.....
over 3000 pictures, but in the main they've been necessary "record" shots, not creative photographs.
It is a new year.... film is effectively "free".... I'm going to start to "play" a bit more.

The more I look at this, the more "Turneresque" it becomes....
it just needs a paddle-steamer en=merging near the central bright area.
