Calm before the storm

The village of Å in the Lofoten Islands, Norway is famous for its brightly coloured fisherman's huts. But just outside the village is a small lake which hemmed in by tall mountains. On this day we had unusually calm weather but an approaching storm in the distance heralded the approach of exceptional winds and rain
