Custom House, Poole

Unusual angle of a much-photographed building. It works very well. The most praise goes for taking a shot at 14:23 and achieving no tourists in the shot - a minor miracle for Poole Quay, even in November !!

I don't think it is a gibbet but will see if I can find out what it is.
