HDR February Light through the Trees

by ebrockwe

Using HDR and the artistic filter "Diffuse Glow", I wanted to give a picture that is realistic, but with a little "attitude". Anyway, this photo was taken during the coldest week of winter. The trees were frosty, the sun was shine through ice and frost, it look like diamond on the branches. Oh, if only my camera could have caught all that better. Greetings from here in Central Finland

the light setting is really nice but the branches are very blur.... An effect I also often experience that when you shoot tree branches in HDR, they tend to get blur as they are often shaking a bit (even when you have just a little wind).

Although there is blur on the branches I think this shows the trees 'alive' and moving; I like this and it's much better than my (binned) efforts at such things.

Hiya! Many, many kind thanks for your comments. Wow, I really enjoyed your gallery on Flickr! Well done. Wish I were back in Plymouth at this time to get out and get some shots... All the best.
