Trying out Apple Aperture. Looking good - seems better than Lightroom, though obviously it's "swings and roundabouts" a lot of the time.
But I do LOVE the selective colour adjustments of Aperture - being able to pick arbitrary colours and adjust them is great!
And this image popped out...

Sorry - I've no clue on flower It is a purple-blue colour normally if that helps

The flower looks very much like 'Love-in-a-mist' to me. See Observer's Book of Garden flowers.
