Stalactites?

these are stalaCtites
StalaG come up from the Ground
StalaC hang from the Ceiling
These however, could be stalaP, having escaped from their Packet
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Yeah, a typo, but I got the "tite" (as opposed to "mite") part right. You are such a school marm David!
