Good subject, but the light is a bit too flat. Needs some early/late sunlight slanting across. Convert to black and white ??

Well, you're both right. I also start seeing myself following Andrew's heels sometimes, but I like that, it suits me. My bits are not as subtle as his, though. Of course, it does reveal our yearning for the past, but the irony is that we are using new fangled devices to reveal it, don't we?
Yes, Brian, it was taken in a very narrow street after sunset, but it does not seem to be so. It's the Aegean light in this time of the year. I did convert it, and I liked the result.

That's a terrific find, Nezih. Now try a tight crop which uses just the bottom four window lights.
Actually I think you overtook me some time ago, Nezih. I'm now known as the English Nezih! You have the advantage as well: you live in Turkey where there are clearly masses of brilliant subjects!

I'll try it now and see what happens, but I can already guess the result, it's surely going be fine.
