I should have posted this at the time (July 2019) when fellow PUF member DOIK (John Attle) and I were covering the annual Durham Miners' Gala blessing of the banners in Durham Cathedral. We and a couple of other Durham Photographic Society members (Canon users) were doing pictures for the Cathedral shortly before their ban in photography was lifted. We had prime vantage points in The Crossing, directly under the central tower. This Is film director Ken Loach reading the lesson.
