This has a look of the Grodgeman style. Its an eye grabbing image full of symbolism with the man higher up the corporate ladder than the woman who has a rather alluring figure shape. I like the partial view of a passerby to add context to the city scene.

What make it not bad at all is also the fact that it is not easy to understand. Looks like a montage of some kind… But… Whatever the case, a good one !

I thank you all three of you for your comments; there are aspects to this shot that you pointed out which I hadn't noticed myself. There are actually about 5 or 6 figures in this art piece but I focused on the bottom two only.
