This is very nice. I agree with the above comments about tension. But for me there is a peacefulness to it as well, the drop looks like it may never fall.
The compo is quite interesting as well.

Oh - the drops fell alright. Every time I tried to get close to the bush I touched something and they fell off so I had to wait for some more to form.
