i prefer this one B@W more than the colour.
my reason is the overhead diagonals create more emphasis to the infinity point making the perspective appear uninterrupted by the blue colour of the information stand on the left.
It also has full blacks to whites but maybe just a fraction lift on the greys but of course I am being pedantic and i still like it a lot.

No. I prefer the colour one. The lighting strips are much sharper and I like the tiny bits of stark blue punctuation in the distance that mirror the information screen. I feel more 'dragged into' the colour one whereas I am just looking at the black and white version - which does work very well itself.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
