Thanks for your comments. In answer to the question, the raw file was initially processed in Lightroom, then opened in Elements and separate layers created for the car and the background. Zoom blur filter was then applied to the background layer and a ND graduated filter layer also applied to this layer in Nik collection Color Efex. Other subtle colour effects were then added to the car layer in Nik collection. Image was then flattened and a high contrast, high structure B/W layer created in Nik collection Silver Effex, this was then blended as a luminosity layer, then flattened and exported as jpg.
