Sunset at Burrs

44871 again with the 15:00 Bury-Ramsbottom Santa Special. There are not many days during the year when this opportunity presents itself and the train needs to come within a short time span if the shot is to work. A vapour trail and the wires need to be removed. The sun is setting behind the front of the first coach, it would have been better behind the loco but judging the juxtaposition between the setting sun and moving train is difficult beforehand. I took an exposure reading from the blue sky as I wanted the loco and train to be in silhouette.
