Nice one - like the way the boat stands out from the background and the careful positioning of the other boat and winch. Can I ask what lens you used?

My Tamron 17-50 2.8 never leaves the camera; I find the combination works quite effectively.

Thanks everyone.

Any mug could have taken decent pictures in such a place with a sky like that. Sadly conditions on these islands usually mean a bland, milky assemblage of low clouds where photography (except portrait photography) is not rewarding.
