The Blue Vase.

by tommyt

Messing about with a few props and using my k30 with the black picture metering problem. Having to use manually to get the right exposure and trying out a recently purchased ( e/bay ) old Pentacon 30mm f3.5 M lens at f8.

It must say something about your humour or your relationship with vases . Some lovely deep, rich colours in there. and a nice composition too.
The Pentacon 30mm is a rebadged Meyer Optik Lydith. Depending on the name on it you can pay much more for a Lydith and it's exactly the same animal. You can use it for pseudo macro shots too because its resolution allows huge crops.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
