I can't even begin to classify this wee beastie.

Yes cropped too ~1/2 original size.
I used the wide open aperture as I didn't have a tripod handy & I also wanted to simplify the chaotic background If it had stayed for a second shot I might have tried closing down a little...
I'll try the mono & perhaps post it in a week or two

Good capture though, struggled to get all in focus due to angle of shot, f/5.6 and focal length. Is this cropped in?
I'd do a grainy "mono" conversion just to see how it looks?
