I like the B & W conversion, but the title takes me away on a different train of thought altogether. If a picture paints a thousand words, I like your words!!

I like this sort of shot. Well spotted and the lighting is good although, as bwlchmawr says above,the highlights are a bit burned out. Also, the depth of field is very shallow.
