Some people may be narrow minded enough not to appreciate all forms of good photography but that's their loss so don't feel guilty over posting mono here. This shot is a good black and white example. There is good contrast and the detail of the modern flats, selectively chosen, makes a first class graphic image.
It's just my personal taste but I don't like trees in abstract shots of modern architecture, they spoil clean, stark lines. You could send for Beginner to fell a few of those trees in the bottom of the image. Failing that you could try a tighter crop along the bottom.
