That's a really lovely frame, beautiful capture of the light and mood I really like this. I know the Norfolk Coast from my teenage years and early twenties. The Villages and Towns were changing constantly and inexorably for the worse, for those living there, the loss of the fishing industry (over-fishing) and the arrival of the tourist meant that such amenities as this ramp, jetty or wharf were simply abandoned - much of this has been captured in the photo, not least the brooding sky.
