Hi Paul Yes that is a Red Kite, over forty were recently seen in one small area of the Lincolnshire Wolds (Not by Me). They come in after the game bird shoots finding downed birds which the dogs haven’t retrieved. A week or so ago I saw two Buzzard one crow and five or six Red Kite all squabbling over a tiny bit of carcass. The Buzzards were the most timid, taking ages before they were brave enough to go any where near.
